This gearing is produced in co-operation with manufacturers proved by longstanding experience in using this type of gear unit in our transmissions.
Screw gears and screw shafts
We produce the screw gears mostly with standard profile of gearing that corresponds to the screw with geometry ZN1 according to ČSN 014755.
In case of larger series of gears we can manufacture also other geometries of teeth on condition that there is prepared a hob with the profile consistent with the profile of mating screw.
We produce the screw shafts with ZK1 and ZK2 geometry of gearing according to ČSN 014755.
