Gearboxes

The transmissions produced in VÍTKOVICE GEARWORKS a.s. are designed as atypical, adjusted to the needs of customers as follows:

Transmissions and gearboxes shaped as :

Transmissions and gearboxes with input and output shaft form :

• cylindrical
• hollow
• with involute splining
• etc.

Transmissions and gearboxes with body construction :

• welded
• cast

Transmissions and gearboxes of the gear wheels :

• forged

• etc.

with construction developed in our own design department or according to the drawing documentation delivered by customer. The transmissions produced in our company are traditionally used in demanding logging technologies and metallurgical applications.

The transmissions with a wide power range and a rich scope of types, often with technically unique parameters have their customers far beyond the border of the Czech Republic.

The transmissions are characterized by a high reliability that is attained by their engineering solution, continuous quality inspection in the process of manufacture and the final testing in our own test room.

This includes the combination of above types of transmissions (like helical & frontal transmissions) and atypical solutions like pseudo-planetary transmissions with a flexible binding etc.

Max. weight of transmissions produced in VÍTKOVICE GEARWORKS a.s. is 30 000 kg (80 000 kg when the weight of individual parts does not exceed 30 000 kg)
