Design, calculation and production documentation processing
The design, calculation and production documentation processing are ensured by our own Design department at the option of customers.
The revisions of transmissions
The transmissions are revised by the workers of Quality management department who on the basis of a thorough inspection issue the revision report on PS condition and forward it to customer.
Overhauling and repairs of transmissions
The overhauling and repairs of transmissions are carried out by the professional workers of the production section. They perform the repairs according to the stipulated PKP procedures (after the investigation by the Design department, technological preparation of production and the Quality management). The repairs are also carried out in the customer’s premises.
Grinding of gearing (PFAUTER 1 600mm, PFAUTER 800mm)
Gleason Pfauter P 1600/P 800, the grinding machines for gearing is one of the dominant workplaces and it achieves the accuracy degree 5 according to DIN 3962. In case of the spare capacities we offer grinding operations to be carried out on this grinding machine.
Measuring of gearing (Klingelnberg up to Ø 2 000mm)
In the sphere of measuring the gearing we can offer our customers the measurements at the measuring centre PNC 200 with automatic records output of all monitored parameters.
Thermal treatment
In the sphere of thermal treatment we can offer our customers various kinds of thermal treatment that can be discussed with our thermal treatment technologist.
Welding
In the sphere of welding we are able to produce various kinds of weldments. The welding process is supervised by a qualified welding engineer.
